We'll send you an email with your tickets attached ready to print and bring with you to the theatre. There's no postage to pay and our booking fee is only 30c per ticket.

We can take credit card payments over the phone, or you can reserve tickets to be held at the box office until 15 mins prior to the performance.

Tickets are available at the box office one hour before each performance. We take cash payments only at the box office and they are subject to availability, obviously! So don't risk it - book ahead.

Mixed Salad Theatre Productions understands the importance the community places on the preservation of confidentiality of individuals' private and/or sensitive information.

As a result, Mixed Salad Theatre Productions is fully committed to supporting, the National Privacy Principles (NPPs) as set out in the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000, which sets out guidelines which control how organisations should treat personal and/or sensitive information they collect, use, handle or store.

Mixed Salad Theatre Productions is committed to supporting the current legislation as per the Federal Privacy Commissioner's guidelines.

Personal information collected by Mixed Salad Productions will only be used for the primary purpose for which it was collected. Mixed Salad Theatre Productions will not sell or exchange or release personal information about an individual for commercial gain. In accordance with the legislation, Mixed Salad Theatre Productions takes reasonable steps to make sure that the personal information it collects, uses or discloses is accurate, complete and up-to-date. Mixed Salad Theatre Productions takes reasonable steps to protect the personal information it holds from misuse and loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.

Information collected and held on an individual is accessible to them on request.

Online transactions

Mixed Salad Theatre Productions uses Try Booking for online transactions.

Once you have chosen your products your are transferred to secure servers to complete your credit card transaction.

Try Booking automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).

Try Booking protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. Your financial information is not shared with Mixed Salad Theatre Productions. Only the information required to complete you order is communicated back to Mixed Salad Theatre Productions (for example, your name and address). Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt.

Where you have made a booking, you will also be emailed a ticket to print out and bring with you to the performance.

If pruchasing a membership, you will receive an additional email with details of how to claim your membership benefits.

Condition of sale/returns

Tickets purchased through a booking agency may be subject to a booking fee. Tickets purchased through a booking agency are sold subject to that agency's own conditions of sale (e.g. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded following purchase.) Please check with the agency to confirm their conditions of sale.

Mixed Salad Productions is not bound by recommendations or assurances made on its behalf by an booking agency.

Tickets sold directly by Mixed Salad Productions are subject to the following:We sell a ticket for a show in good faith that the performance, venue and show will be available to you as advertised. The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, ticket prices, seating arrangements and audience capacity. If a performance or event is cancelled for any cause reasonably beyond our control, there is no right to refund or exchange and no obligation is assumed for arranging of a substitute service, event or performance. However, we will endeavour to replace your ticket with one for another show within the same season subject to availability.

We will accept requests to reserve tickets for performances on a ‘pay-at-the-door’ basis. We reserve the right to sell 'pay at the door' tickets 10 minutes before curtain up if demand requires and a payment has not been received prior. Preference will always be given to ticketholders who have paid in advance. These requests must be made in writing by email, telephone, mail or by completing a booking form.

Late arrivals may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance. The Venue management reserves the right of admission.Concession tickets are sold to those proving that they are under 16, or unwaged, or in receipt of a pension card or health care card.Tickets are offered to cast and crew at a discount rate.

These tickets are only available to bona-fide cast and crew directly involved in the season in question, and these discounted tickets are not available online, via ticket agencies or directly at the box office. They can only be reserved directly through Mixed Salad Productions booking secretary in writing (e.g. on completion of a cast and crew booking form.) We reserve the right to sell cast and crew 'pay at the door' tickets 10 minutes before curtain up if demand requires and a payment has not been received prior.

Camera, audio and video recorders are banned from our venue. Breach may lead to confiscation of equipment and recording medium and removal of patron from venue. Mobile phones and pagers must be switched off inside the auditorium.

If you are unable to attend a show, or change your mind about the performance you wish to attend, we will endeavor to replace your ticket with one for another show in the same season subject to availability. If there are no tickets available for the season a refund cannot be made.We will accept a ticket for return if we made an error and shipped the wrong ticket. We will replace the wrong ticket with the correct ticket or issue a refund if the correct ticket is not available.

Refunds for tickets will be refunded by cheque. Shipping and handling charges will only be refunded if the correct ticket is not available.All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
